We absolutely loved it here! The villa was gorgeous. Everything was beautiful, the bed was comfy, it was spacious (especially the shower), it was super clean, and the hot tub was just what we needed since the weather was a bit cool. Breakfast was delicious and catered to our dietary needs, and the staff were very friendly and helpful. It was located in a safe central location. I highly recommend staying here!

LOCATION - perfectly located for the local bus (5 min walk), supermarket (1 min walk), places to eat, central Fira shops, the caldera walk & sunset views. Even though the property is on a busy road, the villas are set back far enough that you will not be disturbed by the noise outside. We found it to be very quiet for a good night's rest. AESTHETICS & CLEANLINESS - the property is exactly as the photos depict. The villas are beautifully decorated, nothing felt dated, it was clean and comfortable. There is also a lovely little kitchen with a fridge and freezer, bowls, plates, cups, cutlery, stovetop, kettle, teabags, sugar, etc. BREAKFAST - guests fill in a form to select from the breakfast menu which includes yoghurt, fruit, toast, honey, butter & jam, eggs, omelette with various fillings, muesli, tea, coffee, juice. Guests may also choose from several timeslots (8am onwards) for when they prefer the breakfast to be delivered to their villa. HOST/PROPERTY MANAGER - Dimitra is the most wonderful host/property manager we have met. She will do her best to make your stay comfortable. She helped us by showing us a map and explaining where things are located, suggested places to go, arranged our transfers to the ferry port and even waited with us outside for 10 mins to make sure that we were able to find our ride. She ensured that our stay (which was a birthday celebration) was memorable and happy.

This was only a small thing for our family: the frosted glass bathroom door has a large gap at the top of the door - so if someone is showering and someone else is standing on the stairs, the person who is on the stairs can see the person who is showering. There is also no lock on the bathroom door.

*Perfect Location: The property is ideally situated right in Fira making it incredibly easy to walk to local attractions, the bus station and great restaurants. Close yet quiet and peaceful. * Immaculate Cleanliness: Every corner of the accommodation was absolutely spotless. The linen was fresh, the bathroom was pristine, and housekeeping did an outstanding job maintaining a high standard throughout our stay. * Superb Room-Service Breakfast: A delicious generous breakfast was delivered to our room daily allowing for a relaxing start to each day. * Wonderful Staff: Every single staff member we interacted with was friendly, professional, and eager to help. We were assisted with obtaining a hire car, recommended places to visit and we were also surprised with lovely treats and gestures during our stay. Dimitria is a highly professional, generous and friendly host who really enhanced our stay.

There was nothing not to like.

The staff were incredibly helpful, friendly and accommodating throughout our stay. They gave us great recommendations for places to eat and things to see, and were so welcoming and patient with our energetic 5-year-old! The location is absolutely perfect, just a short walk to the square, with so many fantastic restaurants, cafes and shops right on the doorstep. We loved being so close to everything and would happily stay here again!
