Location, size of apartment, decor, cleanliness. Being allowed to put our luggage in our room in the morning whilst the cleaner was there.

Getting back into our apartment when the door lock had broken. Management at first didn't appear to believe us and thought that we were at fault. After some considerable time, they came around and checked it for themselves. Then they had to find someone available to attend re a fix - there didn't seem to be a process in place for emergencies such as this. 5.5 hours later, we gained access. Food gift as a 'sorry' was appreciated but some more appropriate recompense would have been appreciated given our inconvenience and anxiety.

There were 5 of us and the water went cold after 1.5 even when tried to sort with instructions and were quick showers . Floors were dirty seemed these hadn’t been mopped . Lift only fitted a couple of people and luggage

The location is really the only thing this accommodation has going for it.

Unfortunately, we experienced a number of issues during our stay. On arrival, we were provided with two sets of keys, but one couple in our group was left waiting outside for over an hour because the keys provided were actually for a different apartment. The front door locks needs to be replaced with a more modern lock system, was fiddly to open and when in the apartment the keys had to be in the door so that the door would lock. The hot water for showers was extremely poor, making showers difficult, particularly with four people staying. The kitchen facilities also need attention. There are two microwaves, but one doesn’t work and the other doesn’t have a turntable, making it essentially unusable. This was also the first accommodation we’ve stayed in during four weeks of travelling through Italy that didn’t have a freezer compartment in the fridge — unfortunately, our Aperols had to go without ice! The lack of curtains in the main bedroom was another significant issue. The apartment is located on a main road, and without proper curtains it was difficult to sleep especially being across the road to a soccer oval where there was a game one evening with flood lights. During a lightning storm, the entire room repeatedly lit up throughout the night. The second bedroom is also somewhat misleadingly described. It is essentially a couch and a mattress on the floor in a very small room, with no air conditioning or airflow, which made it uncomfortable. We also experienced an electrical issue where the power shorted, and were subsequently told that having three appliances running at once would cause this. For a property accommodating four guests and up to six, this is not particularly practical. Finally, no clothes drying rake, hardly any toilet paper, the couch in the kitchen/living area has clearly seen better days and really needs replacing. Overall, while the location is convenient, the accommodation itself needs considerable attention and improvement.
