What can we say about this property. Words are just not enough. You just have to go there. The rooms are superb with fabulous balcony views over the Messina harbour.
The host Giovanni is so warm and welcoming which added to the extreme comfort of our stay.
Next time we are in Messina we will be staying for longer
There is absolutely nothing to dislike about this property and our stay. We will be staying again.

We prefer to stay in smaller, more interesting boutique hotels and this fitted the bill perfectly.

Giuseppe was wonderful! He had clear effective communication before we stayed and during our stay. He gave us great suggestions for food and places to see. He was very accommodating especially when we decided to stay an extra night- he graciously let us extend our stay. His collegue that helped us on our last day was amazing as well. They both helped us with taxi transport and bus information. I will recommend this hotel to everyone! Such a great experience!! We had a balcony with the view of the Messina strait and mainland Italy!

It was a charming place but not really maintained
The bathroom was dirty and had cockroach’s plus location would have been ok if trams were working
