Only issue we had was our fridge went out. But they had us a new one in less than 24 hours. Cant wait to get back there.

It was lovely. The layout was perfect for our family of four, plus our grandmother. The furniture was cozy and the balcony view was great. The only suggestions I would make- perhaps a new mattress or mattress topper for the Master, as it was quite uncomfortable. The property management was incredibly helpful when we had an issue with the refrigerator. They had their maintenance man out ASAP. The complex was just right, not too big or overcrowded. The clubhouse was a hit with our kids, and the pool was never overly crowded. Location is close to everything and we would definitely stay here again!

Dryer is on its last leg, takes 2-3 times to dry a load, especially towels. Dryer makes awful squeaking noise when in use. Wish there was a bigger table on balcony to eat there. View is awesome, location is awesome, pool is huge and never over crowded. Property is clean and never had any safety concerns or issues. Will definitely stay again but not in 3301 unless upgrades are done.
