Everything was exactly as the listing described. The patio / pool area was definitely the best part. Would book again.

Great location. Had a wonderful time. Will be returning next year

Siblings and Family Reunion 2026–Our stay at this beautiful waterfront property in Apollo Beach Florida was just plain awesome. Our host Einav and owner Ron made our stay everything we had hoped for. My family ages 68 -1 year old thoroughly enjoyed the properties amenities; tvs, WiFi, pool, hot tub, kayaks, dock, pop up beach tent, beach chairs (could use more), patio area, which is separate and secured from pool area, shaded reef area in pool for the little non swimming grandchildren, old peeps to stay cool and also swim up barstools etc. My grandchildren loved the added extra touch of stuffed animals on the bunkbeds and it just started off the visit on the right foot. Ron and Einav were so helpful answering all our questions and also advice on local restaurants, beaches with details we all often forget about when choosing a VRBO. I would highly recommend this property and all other properties offered by this host Einav and owner Ron anytime. The only thing I would have changed about this trip, would be to stay longer.

We try to take a family vacation every summer, and we typically plan our trips around the home where we'll be staying. Before booking, we carefully read reviews, explore the surrounding area online, and evaluate the home's amenities. Cleanliness is always our top priority, followed by a safe location and a fully equipped kitchen.Unfortunately, when we arrived, the house had not been cleaned after the previous guests checked out. To their credit, management responded promptly, and housekeeping arrived within 15 minutes of my call. However, it took more than three hours to clean the home, which made it difficult for our group—including children, pets, and adults—to get settled after an 11-hour drive while also trying to stay out of the housekeeper's way. The housekeeper was very kind and genuinely worked hard to improve the situation. We appreciated her efforts and willingness to help make our stay more comfortable. While the immediate cleaning issue was addressed, the property is in need of a much deeper cleaning and general updating. Several mattresses had stains and should be replaced, and much of the kitchenware either needs to be thoroughly sanitized or replaced altogether. The highlight of our stay was definitely the pool. We spent as much time outside as possible and thoroughly enjoyed that aspect of the property.
