We enjoyed the location. It had everything we needed. However, it would great if the front steps had tailings. Also there is a broken break that could cause someone to fall. The area is nice and historic. The accommodations are great. The doorways to the guest rooms upstairs are a little low for tall guest. You are able to enjoy sitting on the porches without concern. Felt a little uneasy at first we no shades on the back or front doors for privacy at night. We really enjoyed the accommodations.

This property is absolutely gorgeous!

This beautiful home is such a comfortable home away from home. All the rooms are very spacious and great for a relaxing time together. We really appreciated the generous parking area and the proximity to all the downtown has to offer. Greenville is a gorgeous, welcoming town and this is the perfect place to enjoy it!

We loved Greenville and the Lavinia House. It is comfortable, roomy and clean. The bathrooms are lovely and the water pressure is fabulous. The furniture is in good shape and makes for a cozy place to relax after sightseeing. The host were friendly and quick to get back when we had a question. We will definitely stay here again.
