Absolutely fantastic location and space for large groups. Responsive host and good information/instructions.

Upstairs '2nd living' should be turned into proper bedroom with proper bed not sofa couch. Some of the facilities/bedding have aged significantly and in need of replacement considering the price. Eg. some of the bikes available for free use (awesome!) had flat tyres but pump provided doesn't fit many of the bikes tyres; bed linen, particularly on single beds was cheap polyester and well worn, pillows lumpy/poor quality, shower heads in ensuite and downstairs showers leaky/blocked/old. Luckily we travel with our own pillows, linen was at least clean and member of our group is an avid cyclist and happened to have a bike pump in their vehicle and was able to pump up some of the bike tyres so some of the group were able to use the bikes.

Excellent location to beaches and eateries

No tv upstairs in the lounge room

Location was perfect, and super close to Osteria weddings where we had a lovely day wedding. Easy walk to Salt Bar and Beach,

the location the size of the house

no aircon. don't get my wrong it is right on the beach and it has a pool however when there is no wind the house is so stuffy and extremely hot. the fans didn't go on super high speed and because of the high ceilings could hardly feel the air flow. the house would be more appealing if there was aircon!
