The facilities and room were clean and the staff was very friendly. Location of property was easily walkable to downtown Banff. The hot tub on the ground floor was the kids favorite.

Seemed like they down graded us once I told them there was only 3 of us instead of the oringal 6. That would have been alright if we hadn’t prepaid or they offered us a refund. They were very quick to remove all the extra tickets for meals, etc from our welcome packet as well, even after we paid the extra charges for the 5th and 6th person.
The property was nice and the hot tub grotto was cool, but we didn’t feel as welcomed as we could have for having over prepaying so much.
