Breakfast was very good. Staff were very helpful. Room was of an acceptable standard. One of the guests has mobility issues and we were able to use blue badge parking which was very helpful and made it easier to access the property

The main issue was that we were unable to open the window adequately so the room was extremely hot, making it difficult to sleep.

Breakfast was value for money. Good location for buses into the City.

No TV.

Location and inc parking was great as we were visiting our son at Uni

Breakfast end time .. it would be great if you could extend the time you can get the breakfast as checkout is 11am so breakfast until 11 would be fantastic

On arrival I was greeted with a very friendly face and huge smile. Could not have been more helpful and professional. Breakfast (once I go it) was great

I very rarely post negative stuff, generally vote with my feet. It wasn't that this accommodation was bad, it was just bad for me. My opinion is that if you are travelling for business it really is not suitable. Spread out campus, poor parking and very uncomfortable rooms. Bed was rock hard (personal preference I guess). But room smelled of stale smoke which was hard to ignore. Main reason for stay was the gym and it was so far away and hard to find in the dark I didn't get to it.
