The rooms are always clean and well presented. The hospitality trays are always top up to the max.

Great value for money with breakfast options and spacious rooms. Last time we stayed here it was different owners I think but the new staff were far friendlier and checked we were all okay whenever we saw them!
Bathroom could have been a bit cleaner and the pillows were a little flat

No cooked breakfast, but the website states this but cerals in your room are provided . We were in room 1 by the toilets which did not smell nice and by the extraction fan. There was a fan in the room which we understood why very quickly. You had to keep the windows shut because of the smell and noise. I have stayed here before and will again because of the convenience. But i will stay away from the ground floor rooms.
The room offered , wasn't very clean either ....sticky bathroom floor!
