The location is 5min walk from La concha beach and 15min from the old town.
The apartment is a decent size for 3 persons, equipped with everything you might need.
We left our luggage on check out day in the office, and that was a good option.
AC would have been nice, although there was a floor fan.

There was no Breakfast included. The place is well appointed with all the latest appliances etc. However, the LG TV was pathetic, non connectable so all you could watch was their local programmes. No Netflix or any other streaming service. Remote was faulty. Reported it all and nothing was done despite the promises.
Directions to the property and the attention to maintenance request.
