The bathroom and the beds were great. The kitchen had all the necessities and the apartment was clean in general.
If you have three beds, there’s little space to walk between them, because there are a lot of tables and the apartment was dark, because it doesn’t have many windows.

The building itself is quiet and feels safe. No noise from the street comes in.
The local is good, there are several metro stations nearby.
The apartment was not clean and had problems with insects. There were spiders, snails, and mosquitos.
The shower has only a curtain to block the water, so water leaks under the curtain every time someone showers. No cloth or towel was provided to mitigate this.
As most of the apartment is underground, the umidity from the bathroom doesn't go away easily.

"Everything. A great place to stay in Paris. Laundry, restaurants, Boulangerie on both corners. Close to the Metro. Great host. You couldn't wish for more."
