The unit itself is nice, but somewhat dated and shows significant signs of wear and tear. Andrea at AYP was fantastic! The location is convenient to the beach, shops, grocery store and shopping. The building is well maintained and the parking facilities are good. The kitchen is not well equipped for cooking.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Carpet filthy. Furniture worn out. Appliances cheap and noisy. Only two channels on the tv worked. Mattresses in the second bedroom need to be replaced. Needs a renovation, badly. Photo misleading.
