Mallorca Villa 1691

A Private Mountain Retreat Minutes from the Sea

Introducing Mallorca Villa 1691 by 5 Star Villa Holidays — a refined sanctuary set within the breathtaking Tramuntana Mountain Range, just moments from the golden beaches of Palma Nova.

Here, mornings begin with birdsong drifting through woodland air. Coffee tastes richer on the terrace. The world feels quieter.

Privately positioned in one of Calvià’s most desirable settings, this elegant 5-bedroom villa sleeps up to 9 guests and has been designed for those who appreciate understated luxury and effortless comfort.

From the moment you step inside, the attention to detail is unmistakable. Beautifully curated interiors, premium furnishings, and soft Mediterranean light create a space that feels both sophisticated and welcoming — the kind of place you instantly know you chose well.

Designed for Memorable Days & Magical Evenings

Afternoons unfold beside your heated private pool, shimmering beneath open skies. Children laugh on the trampoline while friends gather for a championship ping pong match. Music flows seamlessly indoors and out through the Sonos sound system as you prepare dinner on the Weber BBQ.

As evening falls, the terrace becomes your private restaurant — warm air, local wine, grilled seafood, and unhurried conversation under a painted sunset sky.

Inside, entertainment continues with Xbox, Smart TV with Netflix, and high-speed WiFi for effortless streaming or remote working if needed.

For families travelling with little ones, a cot and highchair can be arranged — making this a seamless multigenerational escape.

Weekly cleaning ensures your stay remains beautifully effortless from arrival to departure.

The Perfect Balance: Nature, Culture & Coast

Step outside and wander into the historic heart of Calvià — charming stone streets, authentic restaurants, and the flavours of traditional Mallorcan cuisine.

Blue Flag beaches and water sports along the coast

The vibrant energy of Palma Nova and Magaluf
