Great

The unit is spacious for four adults. I would give a perfect score, except the toilet paper and tissue paper are one-ply quality.

Beautiful surroundings. We stayed during the off-season so it was quiet

I don't like to leave negative reviews and do not feel this to be a negative but there are some things that renters should be aware of to enjoy this property. First, this is a time share property for Holiday Inn Vacation club, so on arrival to get my keys I needed to sit with a time share salesperson to tell them I already own too many timeshares and I am not interested. so be aware this is a timeshare sales situation. The property is nice and has many nice amenities listed but they were not in working order and a bit less than advertised. Activities, hot tubs, pools Spa etc. all listed and if available were limited. for example, SPA closed since 2020 hot tubs all drained and closed, shuttles on very limited timing etc. The property is also located a fair bit out of town so be ready to drive and if snowy the drive is a bit Hairy. That said the rooms are large and really nice and the owner/property manager responsive. Also, we unfortunately hit a bad week for them with too much snow for Tahoe and the property to manage so this may have impacted their services.
