The whole experience was great and host was very polite overall.
There were no issues at all but as this year heat was high throughout Europe and this room had no AC it felt a bit difficult to sleep at night. As we travelled at the peak summer time it was a bit tough. Other than that this place has wonderful aspects to chill with.

Great location - walking distance to Alba Carolina, quiet location, and helpful host. Nice to have a kitchen with fridge, plates, cups, etc.
Big bathroom. Spacious apartment overall ( 1 bedroom apt) .
Lack of microwave, some outdated furniture, and we could hear guests from upstairs. Parking spot was around the corner from the house, a little inconvenient when travelling with child.
But good price for what we received.
