Golden Sail Hotel & Spa

Even though it’s extremely busy right in the lovely area the rooms are surprisingly very quiet at night. So the location is fantastic. You can walk everywhere. Jackson (the hotel manager) is very helpful, can book your entire trip for Vietnam (booked my Ha Giang Loop - private room and transfers, food and full 4 day tour included for a reasonable price). Any questions (I did send lots) on WhatsApp he was always very quick to respond with all the information I needed. He was kind enough to get me reservations at a couple Michelin hot spots too.

We loved how clean and comfortable the hotel was. The owner was incredibly kind and helpful, and the whole place had a very welcoming atmosphere.

Good central location in old town Hanoi. Staff were very friendly and attentive. Room was mostly clean (some hairs found around in bathroom) and is on the smaller size however it was manageable for me for 1 night. Property appears a bit older however given the price, this can be overlooked.
