We had a larger group traveling to Palma and this was an ideal place for us to stay! It’s very close to a shopping district, a wide variety of restaurants, bus lines to get around the city easily, and a walking/running path by the shore. The apartment was spacious, clean, quiet, and very convenient. Our hosts were very communicative and kind as well. Highly recommend staying here if you’re traveling with a larger group!

Perfectly located property with great facilities and very well managed with great communication and response. Everything was in good working order and overall, aside from some very noisy neighbours one night we enjoyed our stay.

We stayed 6 nights here during New Year’s Eve and the flat couldn’t have been in a better location! 5 minutes walk to the cathedral with so many restaurants and shops all around. The apartment is equipped with everything you would need. We were traveling with 2 young children and elder parents, and the place slept 6 comfortably. Communications and check-in with the host was very smooth, we had a late evening flight out and was able to keep our bags and suitcases in the flat until the evening. I would definitely recommend to stay in this apartment!

We took our two grown up children and partners for a special long weekend to celebrate our 30 th wedding anniversary.This apartment provided us with an excellent base to explore one of our favourite city resorts. Being foodies,staying in La Llotja allowed us to rediscover old favourite haunts in the old town and close enough to discover new edgier parts of the city.The apartment was well equipped enough for our professional chef son to cook us a fabulous meal from ingredients sought from nearby markets. We also discovered an amazing vegan restaurant in Born.Ofcourse we had to visit the beach and swim in the sea,anima beach bar helped us survive the hot September weather with welcome refreshments!!!Big thanks to Naika and Noemi at homeaway who kept us informed of the arrangements and organised for us to have a late check out.
