Newlands is a detached holiday cottage in the small Speyside village of Archiestown. The cottage sleeps eight people and has one double bedroom, two twins, one with adult bunks and two family bathrooms. Also in the cottage are a fitted kitchen with dining area a sitting room with a woodburning stove. Outside is ample off road parking and a front lawned garden. With whisky distilleries to discover, fishing on the River Spey and an abundance of golf courses, Newlands is a superb holiday home in this beautiful region of Scotland. Note: The ground floor is split-level. Note: Max. 6 adults and 2 children. Note: This property has a minimum stay of 3 nights.

Central location in Speyside. Our aim was to visit a number of distilleries, which was very easy from this location.

I thought with being next to the main road it would be noisy but it was NOT enjoyed our stay
