Great location with a metro station nearby and plenty of shops around. Very convenient for getting around and finding everything you need. Overall, a comfortable and convenient stay.

Unfortunately, the housekeeping service was disappointing. The cleaners did not empty the bins and only replaced towels when the dirty ones were left outside in a blue bag. Even with eco cleaning, we expected the bins to be emptied as a basic part of housekeeping. The laundry service was also very expensive — around double the price compared with other hotels we stayed at in Japan.

A cozy hotel in a very good location. The rooms, as is typical in Japan, are quite small, but adequate for a stay of several days (we stayed here for 6 nights). The service was excellent, and the breakfasts were delicious and varied – more Japanese than European, which was a plus for us. Leaving the hotel, we're about 60 meters from the Kitahama subway station and 100 meters from the nearest konbini. Alternatively, Yodoyabashi Station is a 10-minute walk away. The location is simply fantastic: quiet, very safe, and well-connected.

The hotel laundry room has one washing machine, one dryer, and one washer-dryer, so you need to be prepared for queues for laundry. But that is just a minor issue, nothing unusual.

The hotel was clean, nice and comfortable.

A staff member called us late into the night waking us up to let us know we owed 50 yen for an outgoing call made from the in room phone. After many conversations they finally agreed to wave the fee. The hotel lobby and elevator smelt like smoke and when the same staff member was asked about it, he stated he was a smoker so he could not smell it.
