The staff at this hotel were super friendly, tentative and professional. The beds were very comfortable. This hotel is a must to stay at!

It was my second visit at Mora and once again I was deeply impressed. The hotel is nicely decorated, rooms are spacious with a beautiful bathroom. The team is very attentive, gentle and always give you the impression to be the sole guest. Their smile always made you start the day in a better way.

This was by far the best hotel we stayed at during our trip to Thailand. Everything was perfect, from the beautiful atmosphere and excellent service to the overall comfort and attention to detail. We absolutely loved our stay and would 100% recommend Mora Boutique Hotel to anyone visiting Thailand!
The only odd thing was that we received a call to our room at around 11:00 p.m. the night before our departure, asking whether we were planning to check out before the scheduled check-out time. We weren’t given any explanation as to why they were asking, so we found it a little strange, especially for a five-star hotel. In the end, we were actually planning to leave at 9:00 a.m., well before the check-out time anyway.

Staff were very helpful and responsive. I was delighted with the unexpected free upgrade to a suite. Having a washing machine in the suite was really useful. The bathroom was very fancy. The bed was huge .
There was a pretty good night market within walking distance.
It was raining when I arrived and a staff member hurried out with an umbrella to help me out of the car so I didn't get wet.
The 7-11 was a bit further away than usual (not within the hotels control but just be aware it's not a few doors down like it usually is). For me it was a ten minute walk.
