Hyatt Centric Faneuil Hall Boston

The Location very good, very close to the italian area (north end) from one side and not too far from the Newbury st in the other side. We are over 60 and walked to the 2 side. The room was clean and sIze OK. The restaurant was very good for us and we paid in advance for the breakfast which was very good for us.

No place - Desk if you should / wish to work in the room. In the Lobby has few table to work

The location was perfect. The bedroom was extremely comfortable and had plenty of room. The lobby was extremely clean and staff were friendly and helpful.

The bathroom! This hotel uses barn style doors for the bathroom. The door doesn’t close. There is about a one inch gap. Obviously, you don’t have complete privacy when using it. Also, the lighting on the large mirror is terrible! For women, you can’t see the makeup you are putting on. It is like looking into a headlight. Way too bright. If you have a lot of clothes to hang up, you won’t find space in what they call a closet. ,

I did not like the shower faucet. You can only get hot water when you turn the water on fully. When you reduce the water flow, the water does not heat up properly. This means that we have to use the maximum amount of water every time, which is quite wasteful. Also, there was no flexible shower hose, so the water could only come directly from above. This was not very practical or convenient to use. And why I should pay the deposit? I did not appreciate having to pay a deposit. I do not think requiring a deposit is a very welcoming or hospitality-oriented approach. I received the deposit after my stay but it is very rude for me.
