b&b Napoli Capitale

Location was good, we received a very warm welcome, it was clean and well presented. Arturo and his wife were very hospitable providing advice about the area and what best to do during our stay

Arturo was the most charming host. Even though he spoke hardly any English (and I speak hardly any Italian) he was an excellent communicator using Google translate. He was helpful, friendly, welcoming. The room was very clean and comfortable, the sower hot and strong, it was nice having the option to make a cup of tea in the breakfast area - even though breakfast wasn't served there. Instead it was at the cafe downstairs, a coffee and a pastry. The street was a bit noisy but it was an excellent location for both line A and B metros, the museum and a whole lot more. Very homely feel.

Super clean and comfortable rooms, friendly and personable host who gave us lots of tips. Early check in was a plus due to our early arrival in Naples.

The location was very loud (on a main street) - we had difficulty sleeping with the noise. The breakfast was also disappointing, after we arrived we were informed that breakfast would be served by a cafe downstairs and not in the accommodation (as advertised and shown in pictures). We were told by the b&b owner that we could request anything we wanted from the cafe, but the cafe owner informed us that we could only have one coffee + one croissant. I will contact booking.com about this issue - the listing should be updated to be more accurate.
