We have just returned from a wonderful stay at this villa and honestly could not fault it. The property itself was kept absolutely immaculate throughout, with both the pool and gardens maintained to an exceptionally high standard. The garden was perfect for our little one, with plenty of space to run around and enjoy the outdoor environment, especially with the beautiful fruit trees around the property. Being a single-floor villa made it ideal and very safe and practical for our family as well. The location was also spot on — set within a lovely quiet area but only a few minutes’ drive from town, with a children’s park conveniently located at the end of the road.Overall, we have stayed in many villas across Calpe and Altea over the years, and this has to be one of the best all-round properties we’ve experienced for location, value for money, cleanliness, and the ease of the key handover process. We would happily stay again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing family villa.

This was our first rental and it ticked all the boxes, we had a couple of issues but marta sorted it straight away. Very relaxing it was home from home we had a lovely 12 night's. Definitely goin to do it again

Very nice property, clean and comfortable. And small issues were felt with promptly. Will use this agent again.

The villa could be beautiful if the owner upgraded it. I’ll simply list the problems: No name on villa so not easy to find. No mirrors in two bedrooms. Electricity for air conditioning units blew most nights at 9:00. Shower sealants were black. Bathrooms were tired. No water for two days. Small worms constantly appeared in the shower basin. Broken childrens toys found under seat in lounge so cleaning dubious. No hover. Tiles on pool steps missing.
