Very nice.

We had a wonderful stay at this condo! It was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing vacation. Would definitely stay here again!” “Perfect location—close to restaurants, shops, and the beach! The condo was well-kept and exactly as described. Highly recommend!

Very comfortable and well maintained property. Unfortunately, due to ongoing repairs from hurricane damage last fall, the pool was not available, and there is construction ongoing. This did not detract from my stay, however. Glad to help keep tourism going on AMI as they rebuild!

This was our 3rd time staying at Runaway Bay but the first time in this unit. The location is great. However there were some issues with the place. The Central AC did not work properly and therefore the 2 bedrooms each had large and loud standing units that vented through the windows. Due to that the front bedroom window was partially “closed” using cardboard. It was the first thing we noticed when we pulled up and not exactly what we were paying for. I sent pictures to the rental company. The master bedroom bed had a plastic mattress protector on it which was crinkly and made the bed hot! (Also did not help with the AC units issue.) Several items in the cabinets were very dirty when we took out cups, etc to use them. We contacted the rental company but the cleanliness of the items wasn’t addressed and we were told the AC was working fine after they sent someone out to look at it. (It was not - why would you have huge AC units in the bedrooms if your Central Air was working properly.) These are just things to be aware of before staying in this unit.
