The stay was decent, however, it was extremely hot as the ac was not allowed to be turned down below 72 degrees. We were cooking on the stove and the oven glass just fell out onto one of our friends’ feet. The wrong gate code to the pools was given to us and we were unable to access the pools for several hours as our email and phone call went unanswered for several hours.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Perfect for 4, right by the pool and close proximity to River fun. Bonus that inflated inner tubes were included! The rental was close to everything in New Braunfels we needed and planned to do, including Schlitterbahn!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was more than happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great location but condo was dirty and is outdated. Some of the kitchen items were lacking and some unusable. Sofa and kitchen were ok but side living room chairs were like sitting on a rock. Spacious deck and the beds were comfortable. Rental agency was easy to deal with and we got in like a charm. Access to river different and enjoyable.
