We had a great time. The house is spacious, the kitchen very well equipped. Everything was super clean when we arrived. The area and pool welcomes you to spend your time outside, no close neighbors. Only mosquito nets for the windows would be nice. Marco was super friendly and helpful. We can fully recomend.

Our 7-night stay was a delight and a perfect base for exploring Florence, Siena, and the local villages. We especially loved the 38°C hot tub, even if the spring air kept the pool a bit too chilly for now! The hospitality was exceptional. Marco, the local owner, was a joy to communicate with and provided wonderful local recommendations. We were grateful for his flexibility with our check-in; despite our flight being delayed well into the evening, he made our late arrival stress-free. Extra electricity costs were fair and as expected. Just a tip: the 1km unpaved road is a bit rocky and bumpy, so take it slow. A warm, authentic Tuscan retreat we’d love to revisit.

We (grandfather, grandmother, 2 grandchildren 10 and 12 years old and daughter and son-in-law) enjoyed a super family holiday in the villa. We stayed there for 2 weeks. Immaculately clean, spacious bedrooms with air conditioning, excellent beds and plenty of storage space. There was plenty of space in the villa. You never get in each other's way. And then the huge and well-equipped kitchen, where we have cooked extensively on several occasions. The refrigerator and freezer are certainly large enough to store supplies for a few days. The villa is not modernly furnished, but is completely in the Tuscan atmosphere. The swimming pool is large and clean. The garden is well maintained and has a spacious terrace where there is always a shaded spot, and not to forget, the jacuzzi. The road to the villa is an adventure, bumpy, narrow and dusty, but not dangerous. Our grandchildren always found the road quite an adventure but they loved it. And once at the villa you can enjoy peace and complete privacy! But what made our holiday absolutely great and beyond all expectations was Marco, the housekeeper. Friendly, helpful and always with a smile. Excellent communication (English and French). Marco regularly came to maintain the garden, clean the swimming pool, take away the waste, and TOP off the bill, he organized a Pizza evening for us on the terrace. The grandchildren were allowed to help prepare the pizzas and put them in the pizza oven. What a party and beautiful memories.
