The main draw of this property is it's value for money. It offers a perfectly reasonable clean room and ensuite, with a comfortable, if small, bed. The view from this property's balcony is superb.

The check-in and check-out process was bizarre. Very difficult to find the property. When we attempted to check-in, we found that our room had not been made up, so had to wait for the property manager to change the laundry and mop. No instructions on how to check-out, or obvious place to leave the keys. A cleaning service was not necessarily expected given the price point, but we found our room had been accessed on two occasions. Firstly, to afix a poster and rearrange our pillows (despite the bed already having been made by us). Secondly, we found our chair has been replaced. Despite the access to our room, we found that the toilet paper was not topped up; we had to buy our own. This is despite the specific inclusion of toilet paper on the listing, overall we were provided half a roll for 5 days. If there were any stores, we never saw anyone to ask where they were kept. Be aware, this room is not sound-proofed, and other visitors will wake you up during the night. Finally, the room was boiling (as expected, it's Italy), but even on the lowest setting the air con was reducing the temperature to the point one could not sleep. A blanket was provided, but it was too dirty for a reasonable person to use. Overall, a perfectly reasonable room for the price, but with a set of quirks which may not be desirable to some. Bring toilet paper.
