The room was very clean. The main bed was comfy, I had very good sleep! Location- fantastic! Amenities in room were satisfactory. Good quality linen provided.

There was only 1 lift in operation, the wait times were frustrating. We decided to cook a BBQ dinner- we were let down with the BBQ facilities. The lighting was not adequate for evenings. Two BBQ's available, however one had an empty gas bottle. The other BBQ had a broken heat dial- resulting in only one temp... super-hot! We had charcoal chicken for dinner that night. With the poor lighting- we could barely see.

What we enjoyed most was the excellent staff service, the beautiful window view, and the superb location. The staff deserve a five-star rating for their outstanding customer service. Thank you so much for exceeding our expectations and making our stay so comfortable and convenient. The view from the main living room window was absolutely fabulous and truly a highlight of our stay.

The cleanliness could be improved. The couch mattress had visible hair, dust, and crumbs lodged in the gaps between the cushions. The carpet also felt quite dirty, as our socks and feet turned black after only a short time walking on it. We hope we can open the window and have some fresh air in the room.

I liked the location the most. It was close to the beach and cavil avenue.

Upon arrival, I was disgusted to find stray hair inside both the fridge and the freezer. To make matters worse, the microwave was filthy and gave off an unbearable smell every time it was opened. The service was even worse than the hygiene standards. After using the pool, I couldn't get the door unlocked from the outside to re-enter the building. I called reception for assistance, and despite the front desk being literally 10 meters away from where I was standing, the staff member told me it would take over 10 minutes for him to come out—and he demanded $100 to unlock it! (At 1pm mind you) Absolute extortion. I refused to pay and had to stand outside waiting until another guest kindly let me in. Completely unacceptable management and zero hospitality. Save your money and stay somewhere else.
