The cleanliness.
For a high price, it’s not comfortable to stay during summer. I was expecting an air conditioner. Maybe during other season it would be great to stay there.

The appartment was clean, well located and has all you need for your stay. The check-in was easy and the staff very helpfull.
In the first appartment we had a little problem with the TV and they came over to try to fix it but was not possible. They move us to another room, so they solve our problem. The elevator sometimes didn't work and been in the 4 floor was a little dificult.

It was a bright appartement near the centre. It was at the last floor so we weren’t bothered by the sound of the tramway.
The equipments are fine, you can easily cook and there is a dishwasher.
No late check-out available so I’ve booked one more night to be able to sleep just a few more hours. I asked by e-mail if it was possible to stay in the same room and they replied yes. Everything was payed but we got woke up by the cleaning lady in a really rude way. She wasn’t aware of that changement and didn’t believe me in the first place. And getting yelling at after paying 85 euros to sleep a bit more was not a good experience.
The check-in process is not easy but there is a tutorial to help you.
