We loved the ambience, the attentiveness and the location. I felt very special staying here and would definitely recommend and return again. Antonio and Nicola were absolutely wonderful hosts. It’s always very close to the Spanish Steps and the Trevi Fountain. We walked almost everywhere

Nicole & Antonio are fabulous hosts. We felt so welcome loved the peace and quiet and the escape from the busyness of Rome. Immaculate property with the most comfortable bed and high quality sheets. We slept so well. Delighted with our breakfast tray each morning Really felt looked after. Nothing was too much trouble. Gave us great advice for eating out and booked taxis for us. We will return. So much nicer than the impersonal nature of hotels. Felt like we were coming home each evening Absolutely loved our stay

Spotless and very comfortable

Everything else was FANTASTIC! This is owner operated and they are by far the nicest people we met on the trip. They truly enjoy what they do and you feel it when you are there. Right out the gate they were extremely helpful showing us the layout of the city, how to get around, what’s worth seeing and what’s not and even letting you know where the tourist areas are and aren’t. The breakfast, the coffee, the assistance with anything we needed, just can’t say enough; I would suggest that anyone going to Rome, stay here. 15 minute walk from the train station, 8 to 10 minute cab ride to the touristy things.

The bed was a little uncomfortable for me, though it wasn’t bad enough to ruin anything and everything else was just so great.
