We were met by our host Luca who went above and beyond throughout our stay to make sure we were well looked after and had whatever we needed. We have never experienced such amazing hosting and am sure we never will again unless we return! The apartment way exceeded our expectations. Four of us stayed and had so much privacy and space. It was exceptionally clean. Luca was beyond generous, leaving supplies and wine and driving us to the supermarket so we could stock up. The view from the balcony is stunning. It truly felt like home from home. We would absolutely recommend Aerie Esmerelda as a destination and 100% recommend Luca and his wife Anna as hosts… you have to experience it to believe it!

Nothing!

Absolutely everything - just perfection!

Nothing

The host (Luca) could not have been nicer. Allowed us early check in,and picked us up at the train station (even waiting for some time when the train was late) and a ride back to the station at the end of out stay. He also offered great tips about what to see and do in Como. The apartment was well appointed. The highlight is the large balcony with great views of Como city and the lake.

We had a fabulous stay at Aerie Esmeralda! It had everything we needed, it was clean, the views were amazing! Luca had milk, bread, jams, biscuits, water and prosecco waiting for us when we arrived. Everything had been well thought out to make the stay as comfortable as possible.
