It was our second stay at April’s place. She has thought of everything to make it a “home” experience. The room is tastefully decorated and has made good use of space. There’s an outdoor area that is lovely -exclusively for the guests. We love staying in Kailua and found it to have warm, blue waters all times of the year. We definitely will want to return there and enjoy the getaway that April provides in her cozy cottage. She and her doggie, True, offer great Aloha spirit.

Very nice condo. Upper level. It had everything we needed for a comfortable stay.

Property is as pictured. Nice that beach chairs, coolers and beach towels were included. Recommend renting a car as it is too far to pack stuff to the beach. There are several beaches within eady driving distance and lots to explore on the island. Only complaint would be the outdoor space which is not very private or particularly appealing. Also would be nice to have a full size fridge as we were there for a month. Host was helpful.

Host was very friendly and checked in to make sure our stay was good and we had everything we needed. Cottage was quiet and an easy walk to beach, restaurants, and shops. Would stay again.
