The house looks just like the photos and was wonderful to stay at for a month. We loved the view, it never got old. Enjoyed hanging out on the lanai, the umbrella was an added plus during the early part of the day. Padded loungers would have been nice, but the pads for the outside table and chairs worked well on the loungers. The kitchen had plenty of dishes and silverware and was very user friendly. Dishwasher didn't do a good job. Unfortunately the living room was extremely echo-y which made tv watching difficult, and closed captions necessary. Had a terrible encounter across the canal w a neighbor who was playing music incredibly loudly which he initially refused to turn down. He wasn't there that often, so the loud music only happened 3 times. But this does make us wonder if we would return. We enjoyed plenty of restaurants in Cape Coral-Lobster Lady always packed for good reason, Surfside Ginger Bistro, My Sweet Art, Monarca's. Plenty of choices. Loved shopping at Farmer Joe's. We had a terrific time despite the loud music and it was a delight to see and hear the fish jumping in the canals.

Breathtaking… Beautiful relaxing you and your family can go boating 🛶 🎣 or just relax by the pool just gorgeous..

My family of 5 had a very fun and relaxing stay at this place. The property manager was easy to work with and it looked as good in person as it does in the pictures.

Property was very clean and supply with everything needed. Great view from the patio with pool and canal. If you like fishing... you could relax at the deck area.
