First impression was small. It was adequate for a short stay and the ac was great. The shower is tiny and I burnt myself on the faucet several times just turning around. The towel rack is too high. I couldn't reach the towel and had to store in the bedroom. There is no towel ring for the hand towel either. Only enough hot water for one shower. This place is best for a single person. Customer service was excellent and promptly addressed the low battery in the door lock and getting me back into the building when it expired early.
