We had a really great stay at the Villa Marko.The villa is well set up for our family with older children and a small toddler (cot and high chair were supplied). The one floor layout with an additional small sitting room made it easy for all the kids to have their own space. One of the bedrooms and the smaller sitting room did not have aircon or an overhead fan, but for our week with temperature around 25-28 C it was not a problem with their doors ajar.Outdoor space was also great. The pool was well sized, with a shallow area that really suited our toddler. The upstairs terrace had a nice view of the sunset, and the gas BBQ was easy to use. Only suggestion would be to upgrade the sunbeds, a couple were a bit old and uncomfortable.Location was perfect. Very short walk to a great beach with a convenient beach bar, that was again perfect for both small toddlers and older kids. Plenty of sand for playing for the younger ones, and body boarding and swimming in the sea for the older ones. Also short drive to the lovely towns of Cadiz, Conil, Vejer and a longer but worthwhile drive to Seville. There is a small local shop but we found the selection limited, and drove to the nearest supermarket 10m drive away for supplies.100% happy to recommend!

The house was clean and kitchen well equipped. The position was great and outside area good. The pool was good.. Could do with upgrade of pool loungers and bedding inside. Overall very comfortable

Hi It is a nice villa. We were unlucky that the previous guests had been there 1 month so they were rushing to clean it as probably needed more than usual, so all the floors were wet on arrival. Negatives: 1Air con is in 1 room out of 4. This could be clearer in the description. There is another air con unit outside 3 bedrooms, and then one in lounge. Pool lights didn’t work whole week we were there. BBQ has instructions how to light without the self ignition but if you have started cooking and turn the gas off, but then need cook something more, the grills are hot and difficult to then reignite. They should fix this. Positives It’s well located, beach end of the road, decent sized rooms and very nice kitchen and lounge. Nice seating areas for food inside and out.

Wir waren mit 6 erwachsenen kochfreudigen Personen zu Gast. Die Villa ist top. Wir haben gerne und viel in der tollen Küche gekocht und auch auf der Terrasse gegrillt. Sonnenbaden, entspanntes Lesen und Spielen im Schatten der Arkaden, ein schöner Strand zum Baden in Fußweite und ein idealer Ort für Ausflüge mit dem Auto (z.B. Tarifa und Playa de Bolonia). Hier sollte jeder auf seine Kosten kommen. Damit sich die Bewertung nicht wie ein Werbeeintrag liest, noch zwei kurze Anmerkungen an den Vermieter zur Abhilfe 1. die Badezimmertüren ließen sich von außen öffnen und 2. das Wasser im Pool war auch nach der Wartung noch trüb, schade! Trotzdem volle Punktzahl und jederzeit wieder.
