We found it without any trouble. The street was a block off Tamarack, a street we were very familiar with. It's a very walkable area. The beach, and Carlsbad Village very close, Easy to get anywhere around there by freeways, or local roads. Von's, Vigilucci's, and Starbucks are close. The kitchen has a fine gas stove, full size 'fridge', and sink. Bathroom has a spacious walk in shower. There are sitting areas on both sides of the unit outside. Cool breezes made our June stay very comfortable with no need for the fan provided day or night. It felt very safe and secure. Internet and streaming TV were good, Jill heped us out when it went down very quickly, and Ed was always right there to help too, even replaced a disposal in the sink when we discovered a problem, and lent me a screwdriver! Parking was off street, and Ed helped with the bird poop, wiping off our rental car, since there are a lot of blackbirds there, when we checked out. One friendly neighbor even showed me a pic of a racoon he met in his next door yard. The king bed, and recliner were very comfortable. There is a stackable washer, and dryer, and a dishwasher, though we didn't use the dishwasher; coffeemaker, and toaster we did. And plenty of dishes, glasses, and cooking gear made home cooked meals easy. Friedly, helpful hosts, nice single family home, condo neighborhood, easy access to the area, comfortable place, reasonable price. What more can you ask for?

Our stay of 77 nights was so nice, we extended one more week!

Excellent location short walk to the beach. Safe neighborhood, studio is very clean, comfortable king size bed, kitchen has everything needed along with washer snd dryer. Our hosts, Ed and Jill are very kind and friendly.

Everything was clean. I didn't do any winery.
