We came down for labor day weekend for my daughter's All-Star Softball tournament. The property was within 20 minutes of both sports complex that she had to register and play. It was even easy to get to the beach and to other attractions. It was clean and kept up to date. The theme decorations were nice. The only negative i have was the hot water in the bathrooms. It got to hot and wasn't able to get it at comfortable temperature. It was difficult for my 10 year old and 4 year to shower/take a bath. I had to give my 8 month old a sponge bath. Other than that its a great place to stay in a quiet neighborhood. We would definitely stay here again.

My overall impression was I got more than what I paid for. Nice property, wonderful amenities, and nice people. Also this resort was close to many restaurants and attractions. I give this place an A .
