EVRYTHING ROOM LOCATION FANTASTIC HOSTS QUIET AREA CLOSE TO CITY CENTRE.

NOTHING TO DISLIKE LIKE LOOKING FORWARD TO MY NEXT STAY.

I liked that it was quiet and a little cosy. Appliances were available for virtually everything you needed to do. Also, toiletries were available.

There was no parking. It wasn't that it was not stated, I just didn't pay attention. There was nearby parking that I had to pay for everyday. 3 network is really bad and the wi-fi is not very strong.

This lovely little apartment was just what we needed for a night out in sunderland. The location of this property was maybe a 5 minute walk away from the city centre and right next to a little shop for the essential. parking wasn’t an issue as there was a car park a short walk away. The apartment was nice and clean, with milk and cookies provided which was nice. We thought we had an issue with the lock however, the owners came over in short time and explained how to fix it. The owners were very nice and overall had a lovely experience.

the only small issue i had was the heat at night however, this is from no fault of the property so i would recommend bringing a fan in hot weather. all in all no problems what so ever

Everything but the lady who was the most obnoxious and rude cleaning lady we have ever came across. Very foul mouthed

Cleaning lady
