It was a lovely cottage, thoughtfully fitted out and with a lovely garden and close to the sea and town.

Lovely yard & large deck from which to enjoy the birds, greenery & outdoor peace.

No problems with the location or garden but the property is basic. Beds are fine but the settee is very uncomfortable unlike the ones on the deck. The kitchen no stools are worn and rusty, cutlery is cheap etc etc. No internet but we knew that but should be provided in this day and age despite owner saying the place is a retreat from that sort of life. Bed linen and towels should be provided - someone from overseas would have to buy! In my view it’s overpriced compared to other places we’ve stayed at with better facilities and comfort. Probably about 30-35% too much. Would I stay again? No
