The property is very nice, well appointed and decorated. There is a beautiful roof top private patio, good amount of space for 4 people. Please note, there is not an elevator in the building. Not suitable for anyone that would have problems climbing 3 flights of stairs, the steep stairs to the upstairs patio would also make it a bad choice for families with young children. Close to the beach and 5th Avenue. Excellent daily housekeeping and a 24 hour guard. Negatives: our televisions did not work for 5 days, cable not working. Incessant construction pounding during day nearby.

We had an excellent time staying at this condo. It was exactly as advertised. Very clean and extremely well maintained building. Within a 10 minute walk of 5th Avenue and Beach. Multiple grocery stores at hand. Roof top terrace with gourmet bbq made this condo a wonderful place to stay. Although there are many restaurants and hotels at hand for eating out, we very much enjoyed cooking in the well equipped kitchen. The bus station is within walking distance for trips to local attractions and taxis can be caught within seconds. We would recommend this condo to family and friends.
