Property brilliant with plenty to do and facilities great
Little bit out of the way with it being in between Cala millor and sa coma but if you like a walk it’s great !

Everything was excellent but a extra positive note for the guys of the bar and the pool! Monica have beee super kind and helpful the first day!

The hotel was nice and big, very clean.
Beds were very comfy.
Having the supermarket attached to hotel was a bonus, although it wasn’t the cheapest.
Also Nice and quiet :)
Reception staff and bar staff could off been a bit more pleasant, very abrupt and not very forth coming with advice.
Lack of communication between reception staff also.

The staff where very friendly and went above and beyond to help with any problems. Patricia in the bar was a great. 24hr reception was helpful. Also plenty of free parking opposite the hotel. Good aircon in rooms. Great location, 10 mins walk to Cala Millor restaurants it’s Sa Coma restaurants.
The rooms were not cleaned to a very good standard. We only had our bedding changed once during our week stay ( we asked reception everyday). Food at the restaurant was average. Pool was freezing (think the water had just been changed before we arrived).
