CityWalls Guest House Bergamo

Incredible hands on host! Simone was always available for anything we needed. We were worried about the flight back home due to severe thunder warning and he reassured us that room will be available for us incase flight will be moved to another time. Everything was available for us for a week: room cleaned daily, water and fruit supplied daily, brilliant aircon... you were cool in minutes after coming back from heat :) You will get morning robes and clean towels that are changed regularly. The location is excellent, every tourist attraction is in walking distance! Simone explained to us in detail how to get to any location we planned to travel and thanks to him we didn't miss a thing :) And special shout out to cleaning lady!

Everything was perfect!

Polecam serdecznie obiekt . Czystość perfekcyjna. Wyposażenie obiektu bardzo dobre. Kontakt z właścicielem bez problemu. Śniadanie w obiekcie typowo włoskie. Blisko obiektu przystanek autobusowy i sklep ALDI.

Simone was excellent with communication, sending clear and easy to understand instuctions of how to access the property and how to check in. Simone provided options and clear information about how to get to the property. When I informed him that my flight was delayed, he said it was not a problem and he would still be available to do the video call as required by law. ( this ended up being nearly 1am). The apartment was excellent with everything you needed. The lovely touchs of 2 bottles of water in the fridge, some fruit and tea bags next to the kettle, ment so much to me after my flight was delayed by 2 hrs and I arrived at nearly 1am. I would definity recommend and will be back to stay.

Very good location! Very convenient for getting around Bergamo and close to public transport. The room was clean and comfortable, with an easy check-in/check-out process. Quiet and pleasant atmosphere. Friendly and helpful host – thank you so much, Simone! Good value for money.
