The site is well equipped and close to the ski lift. There is a coffee machine with two coffee refills and car parking on site. The local reception staff are good, but they can't make up for what the central office in Brno (Vakabrno s.r.o.) spoiled.

The price on Booking.com was 5,200 CZK for two nights, which should have included VAT and all associated charges. However, when I asked why my credit card had been charged 7,500 CZK, I was told that this was for a dog. While the website does mention that pets are allowed, the price for a dog (400 CZK per night) is not explicitly shown. As I was staying for two nights, I agreed to pay this pet fee, but requested the return of the remaining difference of 1,500 CZK. The office in Brno responded that I could use this 'credit' for meals at the local resort restaurant. I refused and asked again for the difference to be refunded. I was promised this, but it is now one week since our last phone conversation, and no refund has appeared in the bank account I provided.
