The wrap around balcony provides a beautiful sea view. The apartment is light, airy, and very comfortable, perfect for a family of four with teenagers. The pool and other facilities are well-maintained and the staff is very helpful. The beaches in front of the apartment were closed due to construction, but the Playa de las Américas is only a 15-minute walk or 5-minute drive away, and has few vendors. The building is on a main avenue, so there is traffic noise when the balcony doors are open.

My family and I were so impressed with the condo! It was so close to the airport and in a very safe neighborhood close to shops and restaurants. It was spacious, had everything we needed and the view was stunning! The breeze from the water was very nice and the pool was so amazing. Not crowded at all and in the shade so it was great to cool off in. The jacuzzi was nice, too. We were also walking distance to a local beach that didn't have any vendors! So peacful! The host was super helpful and let us check out a little later as our flight was delayed. I would not hesitate to come back!
