Everything was great for our stay!

Luke provided every amenity. Really enjoyed our stay.

Let me start off by saying we enjoyed our stay at this residence. We stayed there for 9 nights. It was conveniently located in Anchorage - close to Downtown, the airport, freeways and parks. The owner had everything we needed at the place. We were most impressed with the kitchen. We were able to buy food at the grocery store just down the street and prepare meals as opposed to constantly eating out. It saved us a lot of money. The apartment was also reasonably priced. July was a high tourist month and hotel prices were ridiculous. A few things you need to consider if you plan to stay there: 1) As far as the location, it's not really located Downtown. But you can get to the Downtown area quickly. The area is a little questionable as others have mentioned. But the street itself was quiet and we felt very safe. 2) It's located on the second floor. You will have to take stairs to get into the residence. Not a problem for us. 3) The couch is not leather, it is gray and a fabric sofa. Not a deal breaker. It was probably replaced in recent years or months. 4) The floors were a little squeaky which made us concerned about the residents below. We stay up late. Hopefully, they weren't too disturbed by us walking back and forth. 5) We could only get 5 channels on the TV. Not a deal breaker unless you want to watch a lot of TV. Bottom line, we would stay there again. The price, location in Anchorage, and how the residence was well stocked make it ideal

Clean and everything was in working order. The neighbor hood was not the best but i had no problems
