Light apartment in central location in Epernay, very spacious. Easy to access and parking nearby. Good shower.
The coffee machine did not work. Notified the host, zero reaction. Poor sound insulation in the building.

Excellent Location, spacious and clean
Unusual bathroom layout.. 2 bathrooms but neither were en-suite

Location. Parallel to the Avenue du Champagne and next to the park, which provides a great respite from the heat.
Street noise in the front room, even though 3 flights up. No lift, so not suitable for those who are not able to carry bags up 3 flights of stairs.

nice location, modern furnishings, plenty of room. Just needed COFFEE
My one big complaint was that the coffee machine didn't work. We contacted the host right away but the only response was that it was new. Cool, but it doesn't work. We spent 13 Euros on coffee bc we didn't think there was enough for four and just left it there bc no-one has a Tassimo I even made a video to show them but the hosts didn't respond further. I know things can happen, that's not a problem but how you react can be big problem.
