Sevan Backstage Garden

The property was spacious, it had all the things you need. The host was very friendly and the town itself is absolutely worth visiting.

Nice staff they tried to make everything better for us, the place is a little weird but after the first impression it was not so bad

Удобное расположение, в центре - рядом магазины и кафе, и в то же время от большой трассы вдали, не слышно грохота машин. Чисто в номере. До городского пляжа минут 15-20 пешком.

the hotel is new build and clean . staff is very nice , kind and helpful . rooms are large enough . the hotel is located in good place not so far from city center and not so far from sevan lake . breakfast was excellent.

before we come , I mail the hotel and ask if the rooms are warm . because our trip was in end of October and it was cold. they answered: yes our heating system is working and also we have warm bedding and ... when we reach , rooms was like a refrigerator . no heating system and no hot water in bath , they say hotel is new and the heating system not installed yet . it was a big lie . we had sleep bags and we was ready for camping in nature for next nights . so it was not so difficult for us to stay in cold rooms but it is not recommended for cold seasons at all . but for summer this hotel is nice place for stay .
