This walk-through flat has a fully-equipped kitchen opening onto the living room, a first bedroom with bunk beds, another bedroom with a 160cm bed, a shower room with separate toilet and 2 terraces on either side of the flat.

A large car park is available behind the residence. (Parking spaces are not numbered).

As part of your rental, you will have access to :

The swimming pool is open from April to October and is free for all our guests on presentation of a wristband given to you on arrival.

Near the beach of the marine lake and the swimming pool, the BUENA VISTA restaurant welcomes you all year round. On the terrace, you can watch the windsurfers against the backdrop of the Pyrenees.

On the Coudalère site, which can be compared to a village, your children will be able to play safely with their friends, as here pedestrians are king and cars are restricted to the outside.

At Coudalère, everything is planned for family holidays: your children will love the two play areas: one on the Place de la Martinique for the older ones and one, very close to the swimming pool, on the beach of the Lac Marin for the younger ones.

Beautiful, long beaches await you 2km away, accessible via a wooded path.
