We were on the bay side. We saw Manatees and dolphins several times. It was jut a short walk to the pool and beach. Would recommend staying here.

Beautiful, love it so much hate to leave.

The unit is in a great location. Being on the canal side the sun was comfortable in the morning. In the late afternoon and evening, sitting on the balcony and listening to the music from the restaurants across the way was so nice. It's a short walk to the beach and pool. I recommend updating the living room furniture and the kitchen stocked with basic seasonings. The second bathroom showerhead needs to be cleaned for more force and water flow. I consider these little things compared to the benefits of the condo.

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: While the unit is a beautiful unit, all water fixtures were loose; glass sliding door did not open smoothly; many scuffs and peeling paint throughout unit; house phone did not work for first 2 days; air conditioner required repair. We needed to wait almost 24 hours before our air conditioner was repaired. No financial compensation was given despite no phone for two days and one day in the Florida heat without air conditioning.
